Order Delivery Information
We offer a FREE delivery service on all online orders and currently only deliver to UK addresses.
If you place an order before 12pm, we can provide a FREE same day delivery service in Sunderland. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered FREE next day in Sunderland.
If your order is being delivered outside of Sunderland, it will usually be sent using Royal Mail Second Class service which can take up to three or four working days to arrive. At times we use different carriers depending on the weight of the order.
First Class, Signed For Delivery and Next Day Express Delivery options are all available at checkout.
Prescription Delivery Information
We deliver prescription items free of charge to any address in Sunderland. Please visit the Prescriptions page or contact our friendly Pharmacy team for more information.
Returns Policy
At Million Pharmacy, we hope you’ll be happy with any items you’ve ordered from us, however if you’re not entirely satisfied, please find details below of our returns policy below.
Returns
From the date that you receive your order, you have 14 days to notify us that you’re not happy with any items you have received, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. Please contact us or speak to one of our staff at the Pharmacy. We must then receive any item that you return to us within 14 days of your notification to us of your intention to return the items.
Items must be returned in the condition you received them - the goods must be un-used and be received in a re-saleable condition including all accessories, packaging etc. You will lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons.
Damaged and Faulty Items
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows you to claim a refund on faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. If you believe any of the items you have ordered to be damaged or faulty, please contact us.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items. Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account that you paid with and can take up to 7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider.
Please note that you cannot return prescription medicines, or anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken.
